Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or entering the premises of Mr. Sudsy Car Wash (operated by Three Pillars LLC), you agree to comply with and be strictly bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our automated wash services or enter our property.

2. Use of Services & Site Directions

Users must follow all posted signage, instructional screens, and verbal directions from staff members while operating a vehicle within the wash tunnel or bay. Vehicles must be placed in NEUTRAL, with the foot completely OFF the brake, and hands OFF the steering wheel while the automated cycle is engaged. Failure to adhere to operational instructions releases Three Pillars LLC from any resulting damage or liability.

3. Vehicle Condition & Liability Waiver

Mr. Sudsy Car Wash utilizes highly advanced, precision touchless fluid dynamics. However, we cannot be held responsible for vehicles that are not in factory-standard condition.

Three Pillars LLC assumes no responsibility for damage to:

• Non-factory, aftermarket, or modified accessories (including spoilers, light bars, and custom grilles).
• Pre-existing damage, loose molding, or chipped clearcoat.
• Power antennas, buggy whips, or improperly lowered/retracted side mirrors.
• Vehicles older than 10 years, which inherently suffer from degraded paint, oxidized plastics, and brittle fixtures.

4. Payments, Refunds & Fleet Accounts

All payments are due at the point of service. We do not issue cash refunds once a wash cycle has commenced. Commercial Fleet Accounts are billed on a Net-30 cycle. If a fleet account falls into arrears exceeding 60 days, services will be suspended and late fees will be applied as outlined in the individualized Commercial Fleet Agreement.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, operating within King County jurisdiction.
